Does this include bookings?

No. We will provide you with links & contact details for hotels, taxi drivers, and other vendors, as applicable. We will check the availability of the hotels and activities for your suggested date and only recommend the best option as per your preference. We can, however, help you connect with the right provider/agent for booking the exact itinerary if you need booking services.

It will ideally take us 2-4 days to deliver the final itinerary with all information points and research after the initial call to note your preferences. We will give you exact updates on a real-time basis 

  • Day-wise plan to visit places, including restaurants and activities, as per your preferences on your dates of travel, in a PDF & Excel table format
  • Booking links for the properties on your travel dates as per your budget and preferences discussed.
  • Contact details for taxi drivers and activity bookings
  • Backup links and suggestions to choose from to suit well with itinerary, in case of a sudden change of plans or mood while on the trip
  • A calendar file (ics) to load it up on your phone and Google Calendar for the itinerary

A Razorpay payment link will be shared with you via email before the scheduled call. It is a pre-paid consultation service.

We take almost 30 minutes to understand your preferences, budget, travel style and type of trip you wish to do. After doing all the due diligence using our personal experience, we curate a unique itinerary just for you.  

The effort and time that we will put into preparing this deserve fair compensation. Giving a refund won’t be feasible for us, as it’s only 2 of us – Ismail and Saransh putting in all the work and time behind this. We will try to re-work the itinerary and suggest alternatives if you aren’t happy with the result, subject to the circumstances.

Once we hand over the itinerary and give you a walk-through, it won’t be possible for us to revisit it or answer your queries. We will make it as clear for you as we can so you have no queries. But we are confident that we will leave you capable and with enough resources to do the last-mile Xploring by yourself if the need arises.
